Bloming

Blooming is an exploration of nature as a designer.

It began with observation: the way nature repeats without ever creating an exact copy, the way different forms grow toward one another, and the way water moves, transforms, and leaves traces behind.

In nature, repetition is never perfect. A petal resembles another, but each one carries a slight variation in shape, direction, scale, texture, or distance. There is rhythm without a rigid grid — order within irregularity.

Blooming explores this idea through organic forms, handcrafted details, textures, prints, embroidery, macramé, and unexpected combinations. Different elements coexist and intertwine, much like branches and plants of different structures meeting and creating a new visual order.

Water becomes another language within the collection. Ripples, waves, trails, and shifts in rhythm reveal how movement can leave a trace — sometimes visible, sometimes only measurable. What passes through a space can transform the way we perceive it.

And throughout it all, there is the flower.

Not simply as decoration, but as a symbol of transformation and resilience — of life appearing in unexpected places, emerging through water, sand, coastlines, and even cracks in concrete.

The water always finds a way. Life does too. Bloom, always.

Blooming is also deeply personal. It reflects my belief that we can all observe the same world, the same nature, the same shapes, and still create something entirely different. Because when an idea passes through our own eyes, our experiences, and ultimately our hands, it carries something of us.

Each piece becomes my own interpretation of what I encounter — my granito de arena in the world.
